This 5-week series will help balance modern society's impact on our hips
Every. Single. Class.
That’s how often I hear someone say “I have tight hips” when teaching a yoga class.
And what almost always accompanies tight hips is lower back pain and/or knee issues. After just a few postures focusing on the hips, your body will feel and function much better!
We'll have a brief introduction, demonstration, and a 60-minute Kaiut Yoga practice.

The Happy Hips! 5-week series will balance the impact modern society has on our hips. We live in a "sitting society." This changes the biomechanics of our bodies. Hips have been designed to move a lot. We underuse our hips, and then identify with rigid or overly flexible hips. We want balance across our system. We want to integrate those areas of our bodies that aren’t well integrated. We want tone, stability and balance.
